5. Promoted, organized and coordinated major operation plans of the company, followed up market development and adjusted strategies;


6. Studied the direction of the country's industrial structure adjustment and industry dynamics, selected projects in line with the company's development direction, and cooperated with the investment management department to conduct the feasibility analysis of the project;


7. Responsible for strategic environment analysis of the company, including policy situation, legal environment, industry environment, etc., to provide basis for senior leaders to make decisions.


Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in economics or management;


2. More than 5 years working experience in investment and merger management of large and medium-sized enterprises;


3. Good communication skills, organization and coordination ability, resource integration ability, planning management and execution monitoring ability, and emergency resolution ability;


4. Have strong logical thinking, write analysis report and feasibility report, be good at analyzing the essence of problems from the business terminal, and be good at summarizing and analyzing.

Job description:


1. Responsible for reception and guidance of company visitors;

2. Responsible for record transfer, transmission and recording of incoming calls;

5. Booking train tickets, air tickets and hotels for business trip personnel;

Job requirements:
